See every active table, understand where it is in the meal, and identify service gaps while the guest is still in the restaurant — built entirely from the order data your Toast POS already produces.
Coursed reads your live order activity through Toast's standard API. There's nothing to install on your terminals and nothing for your servers to learn. Our team walks you through it on a single onboarding call.
Using Toast's own API access, you grant Coursed permission to read order data only. We do this together on your onboarding call so you never touch a config file.
As tickets are rung in during service, Coursed reads them on a live cycle and scores each table against your service standard — automatically, with no manual entry.
Open the board on any tablet or TV on the pass. It refreshes itself all service. That's the whole install.
Every table in the room on one screen, climbing a six-step service ladder in real time. This is the actual product — the same board that runs on our own restaurants' passes.
Pace alerts surface a table that's gone quiet or run long — so a manager walks to the one that needs care while the guests are still in the building, not at closeout.
An empty glass, an overdue entrée, a dessert no one offered — the board shows the gap in time to fix it, table by table across the whole floor.
A fair server leaderboard and full shift history let managers coach from what actually happened — pull up last Friday table by table, days later.
See every active table at once instead of walking the room to find trouble. One glance tells you where service is strong and where it's slipping.
Every table is scored against your standard, tuned per shift — so a new server on a Tuesday gets held to the same bar as your best on a Saturday.
A live board on the pass for the team, and a manager view in the back for reports, history, and coaching — with a view-only floor screen if you want one.
Onboarding is white-glove and takes about 30 minutes, most of it on one call with our team.
Tell us about your restaurant. We review each application by hand to make sure Coursed is a fit.
On a short call, we connect Coursed to your Toast with a read-only authorization and confirm your data is flowing. We collect the technical details here — never on a public form.
We set your six-step ladder and pace thresholds to how your restaurant actually runs, per shift.
Open the board on a back-of-house screen and run your 30-day pilot on your own data.
No. The connection is read-only. Coursed reads order data to build the board and never writes to, changes, or deletes anything in Toast — not tickets, not prices, not the menu.
No. Coursed does not process, transmit, or store payment or cardholder data. It reads order activity (items, timing, guest counts, check totals) — not payment instruments.
You authorize a read-only connection through Toast's standard API access during assisted onboarding, and you can revoke it at any time from your own Toast account. Your API credentials are stored encrypted at rest.
Coursed stores the computed service board and rolled-up reporting so you can look back across shifts. We don't sell your data or share it with third parties. Data-retention and deletion terms are covered in our agreement.
None. There's nothing to install on your terminals and no new steps for staff. The board reads what your team already rings in.

See Coursed on your real service before you commit to anything. White-glove setup, read-only connection, and no charge during the pilot — you subscribe only if it earns its place on your pass.
