Are the live board and Pace alerts included, or an add-on?

Included. The live service board and Pace service-gap alerts are both part of Coursed Pro at no extra charge. There is no separate add-on to buy.

How much does Coursed cost?

Coursed Pro is $199–$249 per location per month, billed monthly. Your exact rate is confirmed during onboarding based on your location count and volume. Multi-location groups get custom pricing.

Do I need a credit card to start?

No. You apply for a pilot and connect your POS with our team first. You only subscribe after your 30-day pilot — if Coursed earns its place on your pass.

How are pilot terms different from the price above?

The 30-day pilot is a separate, no-card trial on your own service data. Pilot terms are distinct from permanent subscription pricing, and the pilot doesn't promise specific results — it lets you judge Coursed on your real service before you commit.
